Privacy
We photograph young athletes, so we keep this simple and strict. This page says what we do with those photos and with your contact details.
Nothing happens without a signature
Before a player steps into the cage, a parent or legal guardian signs our photo consent form. A player who is 18 or older signs for themselves. No signature, no photos.
What the photos are for
Cameras inside the batting cage photograph and record the player during their session. We use those images for one purpose: to make a printed trading card of the player, offered to you at our tent.
Where the photos stay
Images are stored on Collectors Fieldhouse's own equipment, at the event and afterward on our own local system. They are not uploaded to the internet or to any cloud service, and only our staff handle them.
We do not:
- post, publish, share, sell or license them
- use them in advertising
- run facial recognition or any other biometric processing on them
The sample cards on our home page are shown with their families' permission.
How long we keep them, and how to delete them
Images stay on our local system unless you ask us to delete them. To request deletion, or to ask anything about your player's images, email collectorsfieldhouse@gmail.com.
Your email address
We use it to reach you about your card and, on occasion, to ask about your experience with Collectors Fieldhouse. We do not sell or share it.
This website
This site has no accounts, no cookies and no tracking. The only thing it collects is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, your email or phone number, and your message. That goes to our email so we can reply to you. The form is handled by Netlify, the service that hosts this site. We don't sell or share what you send, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
